You never know whatโs going to happen when you head to the ball park to catch a game. Of all the major sports in North America, baseball has got to be one of the more likely ones to have something extremely random happen. Like, for example, a cat somehow finding its way onto the field.
During the 4th inning of a Pittsburgh Pirates/Cincinnati Reds game, Tyler Mahle was in the middle of delivering a pitch when suddenly you see a blurry flash streak behind the plate. After the pitch ends up being a lazy fly ball to left field, the broadcast focuses in on a cat that has somehow made its way onto the field.
Poor cat looked so scared, and it took multiple leaps up onto the third baseline wall before finding a place where it could try to escape.
Guess you could say it was a scared-y cat moment!
