In Canada, folks pride themselves for their ability to handle cold weather. “Ahh, just toss some water down. We’ll lace ‘em up and play some puck in an hour or two” isn’t even a phrase out of the realm of possibility in the Great White North, but we aren’t the only ones.

Finnish star hockey player Teemu Selanne proved that on Tuesday when he posted a video to his Instagram story doing what… er… most wouldn’t want to do. The “Finnish Flash” was in his bathing suit walking barefoot across the snow when he turned around and lowered himself into what we can only imagine is frigid cold water.
