The times they are a changing in the National Football League.
First, the St. Louis Rams relocated to Los Angeles. Then, the Chargers followed suit and packed their bags for a move from San Diego to Los Angeles. And now, Mark Davis has officially filed the papers with the NFL in the hopes to move the Raiders from Oakland to Las Vegas.
A whole plethora of emotion comes when a team relocates from one area to another. Fans in the city the team is moving away from are a mix of angry and sad, fans in the teams new destination are popping bottles of champagne, and football fans in general have a fun time looking in at how the organization will change in it's new location.

With Johnny Manziel announcing a refocus on football and a possible return, the owner of whatever team is interested in him is definitely not approving the move...
