The New Jersey Devils were known for so long as a team that never strayed from their style on and off the ice, but as they enter a new era, they are bringing back some vintage style.

The team announced on Tuesday that Christmas will come early for their fans, because their Red and Green jerseys are making a comeback for the 2018-19 season. We’d love if they’d bring back the Colorado Rockies jerseys at some point, but this is still a nice start.

Fans are pretty excited about the jerseys, but they will only be worn at four home games this season.

This is an exciting year for anyone who is a fan of vintage jerseys, because it seems like a lot of teams are starting to bring them back. The Canucks recently announced that the skate would be making a comeback and the Ducks brought back… some variation of their old jersey.
