Blake Coleman just signed a 3-year deal with the New Jersey Devils, but it’s not the only deal he penned this off-season. While everyone is talking about the $5.4 million that the Devils will be forking out to him, we should really be talking about his new line of pickle juice.

Yup, this is not a drill. We aren’t talking clothing, shoes, or equipment… we are talking about pickle juice.

It all started when Coleman was seen taking a swig out of a pickle juice jar while in the penalty box during a game. We still don’t really know why it was there and ready for him, but he’s definitely taken full advantage of the situation.

Now it’s taken off, and according to Coleman he got calls from upwards of 30 different pickle brine companies. We honestly didn’t realize there was such a crowded market for pickle brine.

So, anyway, now we’re looking at a real pickle juice line headed by Coleman himself. In an interview with the NHL network, Coleman explains the whole process behind becoming a pickle juice entrepreneur, and it’s just as whacky as you’d think.

The pickle juice bandit is upon us.
