The Washington Football Team breezed past the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday, and then they decided to add some insult to injury.
After a dominating 25-3 win, the team’s Twitter account posted the final box score with the attached image of... a crying Cowboys fan in the stands being consoled. Considering that these scores are usually posted with just a stock photo from the game, this definitely qualifies as a pretty freaking wild move.
Hey, all is fair game when it comes to internet trolling, and this image was already making the rounds online before the Washington Football Team shrugged their shoulders and poured fuel on the fire.
With this win, Washington improves to a 2-5 record, tying the Cowboys for second in a lackluster NFC East. We’ll just note that there’s plenty of season left for the troll to become the trolled.
