Marc Bergevin has been the talk of the league this postseason, as his Canadiens have managed to will their way to the semi-finals in dramatic fashion (well, at least their first series was dramatic?). The guy does anything he can to win and you best believe he’s making sure an injury that one of his players experienced earlier in the postseason doesn’t happen again.

Let’s flash back to the Habs’ series against the Jets, to when star defenceman Jeff Petry was injured as a result of getting his finger caught in a camera hole while skating. Well, Bergevin isn’t going to let that happen again and you better believe he was down at ice level during a team practice to make sure there were no issues. Good on the guy but if we’re being honest, the whole thing looks a tad bit… awkward.

It appears to be working okay? Also… can we acknowledge how unreal MB’s flow is looking these days? This man’s swag is out of control.

Bergevin’s squad is set to take on Vegas in Game 2 on Wednesday night and you can count on there being no issues with any camera holes throughout the game. The Canadiens could really use their stud defender back in the lineup.
