It's no seceret that hockey is one of the toughest games on earth.
The black eyes and body bruises that come along with playing it has given the sport a unique reputation. WRG, a Montreal-based magazine company, decided to change things up a bit by putting on a shinny tournament called the ‘WRG Classic’. Four teams competed against each other this afternoon, using wooden sticks, and boasting classy old-school clothing.
You know you’re at a fancy sporting event when oysters are being served… Wow.
According to the company’s website, there is a high demand to enter the tournament, which really shouldn’t come as a surprise considering how awesome it looks. lululemon MTL even got involved by sponsoring the event and supplying the players with additional clothing.
This certainly would be something fun to try at home with your buddies.
