Wayne Gretzky is the greatest hockey player of all-time, and that’s hardly even something that’s disputed. Sure, you could make the argument that there’s a necessary era-adjustment before you can properly analyze who the greatest is, but his spot atop most NHL record lists is hard to argue with.

Either way, he definitely deserves what he’s gotten in life… including this absolutely stunning Southern California mansion that he’s now put on the market for nearly $23 million.

It features a massive pool, a huge balcony, a tennis court, and two guest houses, eight bathrooms, six bedrooms, a screening room, a billiards room, a fitness facility, and a whooooole lotta sunshine up on the mountains. In total, the property is 6.6 acres.

Could be worse!!

It’s not the first time the house has hit the market. Even though it’s a nicer house than most of us could ever imagine, $22.9 million is still a pretty penny.
