The Vancouver Canucks hosted the Dallas Stars on Monday night and decided to make it a Halloween-themed night considering it was the night before Halloween.
One way the organization got into the Halloween spirit was by creating a Stranger Things-themed game day poster.
Since the game day poster was such a hit online, the team decided to follow that up with another awesome game day poster for their tilt with the New Jersey Devils on Wednesday night.
The New Jersey Devils will always be associated with David Puddy, Patrick Warburton’s character on Seinfeld, who was a diehard Devils fan and always made it known by supporting the team anyway that he could.
Even the guys on this year’s team have fully embraced the reference and went ahead and made custom David Puddy T-shirts.
The Canucks will try to get back to their winning ways on Wednesday night against the Devils after they had their four-game winning streak snapped on Monday night against the Stars.
