Connor McDavid announces he's going to be in GQ magazine by posting incredible picture

Like it or not, Connor McDavid is the face of the NHL right now.

Sure, he hasn't won a Stanley Cup yet, but he took home a ton of hardware at the NHL Awards for his incredible 2016-17 campaign and he's picked up right where he left off this season.

The speed and skill that McDavid has at his disposal makes him the most exciting player in the NHL to watch, and with 8 points in 6 games, he's on pace for another outstanding season.

On Friday night, the hockey world discovered that the fastest man in the NHL will be October 24th edition of GQ magazine, and the picture Connor posted to share the news is incredible.

It has to be exciting for 20-year-old to be featured in such a prestigious magazine that isn't primarily based on sports.

Safe to say McDavid is in elite company and it's cool to see one of hockey's best players alongside Odell Beckham Jr. and Simone Biles.
