For many people, February 15th is just another normal day, but the birthday of one of the most legendary players in the history of sports surely shouldn't be just another day.

Yes, February 15th is Jaromir Jagr's birthday, and, believe it or not, he turned 45-years-old on Tuesday.

Of course, as many hockey fans would probably guess, Jagr celebrated his birthday with a game in San Jose, and during the game he reached another milestone.

We really shouldn't be surprised that Jagr made history on his birthday.  He's been doing it since 1990, there's really no difference now aside from his age.

After the game, Jagr took to Twitter to share some wonderful advice that just about anyone would find useful.

Jaromir Jagr, legend on and off the ice, and now maybe a motivational speaker.

He's already shared incredible hockey advice for those looking to improve on his Facebook page multiple times, why can't he do to the same with life advice?

Not only did Jagr record his 1,900th point against the Sharks, but his teammates helped get him a birthday win, too, as they beat San Jose 6-5 in overtime to move three points back of the Leafs for the final wild card spot.
