The Toronto Blue Jays are currently in Boston for a series with the Red Sox, and it appears some of their fellow Toronto athletes made the trip to support them.

The Maple Leafs’ players are in summer mode, and grabbed tickets to a Red Sox game to see the Green Monster up close in person at Fenway Park. What better game for them to choose than when their baseball brothers were in town?

From the players who have posted on social media so far, Auston Matthews, William Nylander and Frederik Andersen were the Leafs taking in the game. All three posed for a picture with the Green Monster before the first pitch, and Matthews wrote his caption in a Boston accent.

Fenway Paahhkk ! Go Jays 🐦 #greenmonsta

Matthews caption, complete with Boston accent, also let us know the Leafs are cheering for the Jays, which Canadians love to see!

And who could forget the last time Matthews attended a Jays’ game and rocked a Canadian tuxedo?

The Leafs’ players have always been big supporters of the Blue Jays.
