Montreal native Kris Letang is currently spending his offseason back at home as he prepares to get back into shape for the upcoming NHL season.

On Tuesday, the Pittsburgh Penguins defenceman was working out at the Adrenaline Performance Center in Montreal and he ended up getting some workout tips from six-time Pro Bowler Terrell Owens. However, one of those tips was to never test Owens’ speed on the field, even if he’s 43-years-old.

When @terrellowens breaks your ankles ..... 43 and he should still be playing #fast feet

The three-time Stanley Cup champion wanted to see if he would be able to line up and defend a five-time First-team All-Pro, even if he was way past his prime. Unfortunately for Letang, it did not go well at all.

A couple of days ago, Letang got to spend his day with the Stanley Cup and he took it to a local hospital in Montreal to surprise the children.

The three-time NHL All-Star played just 41 games last season and is looking to get back into top shape to make a proper comeback this upcoming season.
