Hearing NHL players mic’d up in game is always hilarious, but now more than ever, we need to get a mic on Patrik Laine.

A video of Laine, Leo Komarov and Sebastian Aho trying virtual reality in Finland earlier this season surfaced on Reddit, and while the video as a whole is somewhat lackluster, one part had is cackling at our desks. The game they’re trying is some kind of ski jumping game and Laine makes a nervous face and noise as he takes off and tries to land.

You’ll know it when you see it.

If somehow, you’re not sure what we’re talking about, here it is in all it’s glory.

Patrik Laine is truly a gem in the NHL. He’s not afraid to share his opinion, he’s Ovechkin-like goals are a delight to watch and he’s part of the most underrated bromance in hockey.

Our hero.
