What were you up to when you were 12 years old?
Personally, we were riding our bikes to McDonalds, going to middle school, and wearing braces. You know what we definitely weren’t doing when we were 12 years old? We definitely weren’t becoming the youngest person in history to make our country’s summer Olympic team, that’s for sure.
That’s the case for 12-year-old Sky Brown, who is set to become Great Britain’s youngest summer Olympian ever when she competes for Team GB’s skateboarding team in Tokyo this summer. Brown will be 13 years and 11 days old when she competes, but her moves are seriously insane.
Congrats to Sky on this incredible achievement! We can’t wait to watch her compete.
