Over the weekend, the Raptors' newest acquisition made his debut with Toronto in a win against the Knicks in New York.  Marc Gasol is the player we're talking about and the 3-time All-Star came off the bench and scored 7 points in the win.

Gasol figures to start sometime down the road for the Raptors, but right now it's all about getting acclimated with his new team and his new surroundings.  Gasol is under contract for next season, too, so he's going to need a house in Toronto.

As per the big man, a former Raptor actually offered him his place after he was dealt.

Jose Calderon spent nearly the first decade of his career in Toronto and he's always greeted with cheers from fans when he returns.  It's cool to know he still has a house in Toronto and dropping dimes for the Raptors, even though he doesn't play for them.

As for Gasol, he'll make his home debut Monday night against the Nets and you can bet the crowd is going to be excited when his name is announced for the first time.
