It’s been a long time since we experienced a winter this cold, but hockey players across North America have been taking full advantage of the below freezing temperatures in many different ways.

This winter we’ve seen a lot of outdoor rinks, but some of the best ones have been the ones that involved zero preparation and were put there by Mother Nature.

Parts of Ontario have been dealing with extreme weather warnings over the past week or so and it doesn’t look like it’s going to end anytime soon. Last week some streets in St. Catharines completely froze over, so Dallas Clyde and Alex Delia took full advantage of the rare occurrence.

It’s not everyday you can use your street as a hockey rink, so might as well take full advantage of it when it does happen.
