US gymnastics star Simone Biles withdrew from the team competition on Tuesday after an awkward attempt on Vault. While she's still eligible to compete in the individual all-around at the Tokyo Olympics, she watched Team US win silver and surrender the title to Russia.
A video reveals what she told her teammates shortly after her decision and she was extremely supportive.
The 24-year-old said that something felt off, later to explain that she is taking a step back due to mental health reasons.
