Throughout the years, we have seen some awesome helmets being rocked by tendies.

But Andrei Vasilevskiy's new mask may be giving everyone else a run for their money and turning their heads.

Vasilevskiy is quite literally living in 2050 and beyond our wildest imaginations with this helmet that literally changes colours.

WOW.

The helmet was created by Sylvie Marsolais, an airbrush artist who is based out of Montreal and has done other work for players across the league.

But now that we’re thinking about it, does this mean Vasy will be drenching himself with water a lot more than usual? Like will he need to let players on opposing teams just continue to snow him in order to get the helmet to change colours?

We’re not quite sure, but the hockey community definitely loves this new vibe he’s bringing to the league with this innovative helmet.
