As much as the Houston Astros might want out of the spotlight right now, they’re simply not going to get their way. Whether fans are booing them from the stands, or players are taking shots at them, the Astros scandal will continue to be a talking point.
Anthony Rizzo was the latest to mention the Astros, but he did so in a much subtler way during a spring training at-bat.
The Chicago Cubs have been a blast during their mic’d up spring training game. The highlight was this spectacular jab at the Astros. “Someone bang for me.” Although this comment was made in jest, it just might catch on as the go to phrase whenever you’re boggled at the plate.
