With such young talent on their team, including Playoff MVP George Springer, AL MVP Jose Altuve, amongst others by the names of Correa and Gurriel, it is hard to believe that they won’t be a powerhouse in the league for years to come. It also helps that their pitching rotation consists of proven veterans Dallas Keuchel, Justin Verlander, Collin McHugh, and Lance McCullers Jr.

And it’s about to get better if the Astros are able to pull off a rumoured deal to bring Pirates’ ace Gerrit Cole to the Lone Star State.

It’s not a done deal, with the Yankees still apparently in the running to acquire the high-profile hurler, but the Astros have reportedly been gaining ground on an eventual deal. Despite the finish line not quite being reached yet, fellow pitcher McCullers decided to post a gif of a moment that every Raptors fan will recognize and understand immediately.

It’s over. McCullers soon deleted the tweet, but for all those that don't know what this screen capture represents, allow us to show you (the moment you're looking for is at 4:05, but you should really just watch the whole things)

The famous Vince Carter dunk that solidified his dunk contest performance that has widely consider to be one of, if not the best dunking spectacle to ever occur over all-star weekend. The boastful post may be a little pre-emptive, but if Cole does go to the Astros they will undoubtedly be a very tough team to beat.
