Pre-season playoff predictions are a tough business. When you get them right, you're heralded as a genius. When you get them wrong, an NBA team reminds you of your failures on Twitter.

With a record of 43-39, the Atlanta Hawks managed to clinch a playoff spot for the 12 straight season straight season. After the Hawks lost Jeff Teague and Al Horford in the off-season, not a lot of people expected the team to make it into the playoffs, including Charles Barkley who went on record saying that they didn't belong in the conversation. Well, the playoff bound Hawks remembered that conversation.

In all fairness to Sir Charles, not a lot of teams could lose two all-star players and still manage to make it into the playoffs. The team at TNT acknowledged the Hawks' tweet with a fun response of their own.

As they said, you win some, you lose some. Playoff predictions is a losing game.
