What's better than going home on a Friday to start your weekend?  Debating about sports mascots, of course!  Another Friday means another edition of our Mascot Power Rankings.

A lot has changed in the sports world since our last rankings came out and the thing that impacted this edition of the rankings the most was the start of spring training.

That's right sports fans, baseball is back and that is reflected in a big way in our latest rankings which are decided upon by what mascots do during in the week.  It's just like weekly team and player power rankings, but better because it's with mascots! Enjoy.

10. Auggie, Augusta GreenJackets (Unranked)

The Augusta GreenJackets are the Single A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants and their mascot, Auggie, was given an awesome new look for the upcoming season.

9. Big Ten Mascots, (Up 220 spots)

There are few things more enjoyable to watch than a bunch of mascots play a fun game of hide-and-seek.

8. Orbit, Houston Astros (Up 120 spots)

Orbit is one of the best mascots in baseball and the off-field face of the Astros is clearly in mid-season form on and off the field.

7. The Raptor, Toronto Raptors (Down 6 spots)

Get yourself a mascot that can thrive in their own sport and outside of their own sport like The Raptor.

6. SJ Sharkie, San Jose Sharks (Up 73 spots)

We're big wrestling fans, so whenever a mascot can incorporate wrestling into anything they do, like reacting to a trade for example, they've more than likely got a spot reserved for them in the top ten.

5. Chance, Vegas Golden Knights (Up 1 spot)

Speaking of wrestling, Chance is #TooSweet!

4. Harry The Hawk, Atlanta Hawks (Up 51 spots)

Man vs. Mascot

Victor Oladipo is extremely talented when it comes to basketball, but he's got nothing on Harry The Hawk when it comes to rock-paper-scissors.

3. Bailey, Los Angeles Kings (Up 2 spots)

Name a more iconic group of people at a hockey game.  We'll wait, and while we wait, we'll commend Bailey for some of these wonderful tweets during this past week.
2. Gnash, Nashville Predators (Up 17 spots)
Gnash doesn't hold back on Twitter and apparently the Predators' mascot is a big hit at weddings, too.
1. Clark The Cub, Chicago Cubs
Welcome back baseball and welcome to the top Clark The Club.
