The Atlanta Falcons are moving on in the playoffs, but unfortunately for their fans, they won't be playing any more home games this season at their incredible new stadium.

Monday night, though, Mercedes-Benz Stadium was the sight for the National Championship between Alabama and Georgia.

The construction of the stadium cost a projected $1.6 billion, but for that price, there have been some problems with the stadium, more specifically the retractable roof of the stadium.

Before the National Championship, there was one problem with the roof that was quite noticeable as there was actually a leak.

As per FTW, the leaks have been a recurring issue and after a leak in October, stadium officials decided they wouldn't open the roof for the remainder of the year and work on fixing it after the National Championship game.

As fate would have it, it poured on Monday night in Atlanta and the roof leaked on the biggest stage.  Thankfully the issue didn't cause any delays and won't (we assume) have any impact on what should be a great game.
