It wouldn't be a proper playoff series if Brad Marchand wasn't dishing out the war of words.

Before the series start, Blues forward Patrick Maroon told reporters that the best way to contain Brad Marchand's antics out on the ice is to simply ignore him.

As hard as one might try, Marchand is a master at getting under the skin of his opponents, and in Game 2 his target was Maroon.

The notorious hockey villain was dishing out the chirps at the end of the 2nd period, and cameras were able to catch him making a "cry baby" gesture in Maroon's direction.

Is anyone really surprised at this point? If you've played hockey in your lifetime, then there's a strong chance you've seen that exact chirp dished out.

The Bruins and Blues are currently deadlocked at 2-2 in Game 2.
