There’s no player in the NHL quite like Brad Marchand.

Marchand – who is now 33 years old – has played his entire career on the Boston Bruins left wing, but he’s evolved so much as a player. Formally thought of mostly as just a pest on the ice, Marchand has developed into one of the league’s elite talents. He makes up one third of one of the most dangerous lines in the whole league, with Patrice Bergeron and David Pastrnak alongside him.

Whether you love him or hate him, you can’t deny that he is as entertaining as they come, both on and off the ice.

Known for making witty or comical comments to the media, Marchand dropped another zinger on Thursday when asked about how much longer he planned to play. Before pointing out Bergeron – three years his elder – as an example as to why he may not be done anytime soon, Marchand gave an answer that we all very much enjoyed.

While most hockey players seem to go through the motions with the media, Marchand thrives in the spotlight. He made that very clear with another answer on Thursday.

Oh, Marchy… how we’ve missed you.
