Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final couldn't have gone any worse for Braden Holtby, who allowed 5 goals on 33 shots.

Game 2 Wednesday night, though, was a completely different story as Holtby was brilliant and made what could be the save-of-the-year in the 3rd period to secure Washington's first-ever Stanley Cup Final win.

In the biggest moment of the game, Holtby stepped up to ensure a victory for his team and the hockey world showered him with praise for his game-saving stop.
