Milwaukee Brewers left fielder Ryan Braun cooled off with a fresh brew right in the face on Sunday afternoon.

The Brewers were in New York at Citi Field to clash with the Mets, and in the bottom of the first inning, Pete Alonso backed Braun right up to the wall with a deep flyball.

As Braun went to catch the ball, so did a fan sitting in the first row behind the outfield wall. Instead of using his hands, though, he used his beer cup that was still full, causing it to spill all over Braun's head. Braun was unable to make the catch, too.

Whoopsie. The ump went onto review the play, and gave Alonso a triple with no fan interference called.

The Brew Crew ballplayer was in good spirits after and had a laugh with the fan afterwards.
