Many people dream of someday playing in the big leagues of whatever sport happens to be their favourite, but in the world of fantasy TV the playing field is leveled between athletes and fans.

No matter where you look in the world, you’ll find Game of Thrones fans. Fans, athletes, celebrities and the world’s most powerful people, and they all just dream of sitting on the iron throne or riding a dragon. In fact, there are so many GOT fans that there are even genres within them. There are casual fans, people who read the books and the hardcore fans in every way. Evan Longoria would be considered a hardcore fan.

Longoria and his teammates in Tampa Bay have been known to ‘dork out’ about the most popular show on TV, and Cabbie wanted to find out some more about their show watching tendencies. He also tried to peg who would be who if the AL East was Westeros.

Of course, not many people are going to argue if they’re picked as the team with three dragons and the biggest army in all of the land.

The Game of Thrones season finale will go this Sunday, so we’re sure Longoria and his Rays teammates will be tuning in as soon as possible. Who could resist watching such an elite athlete like the Gold Medalist Night King.
