Carey Price is a notoriously generous player on the ice and we know that because he has been caught going above and beyond to get a fan a puck.
The first occasion was last year when he gave one fan an epic staredown after they had snatched a puck from the person that intended to give it to. This year, it’s all about his no-quit attitude. In this video, you can see that he tried to get a young fan a puck in Chicago and he failed several times. He even involved the ref to try and make something happen, but alas there was no luck.
In the end, the kid ended up getting a stick from Carey Price instead. That’s a pretty great consolation prize.
The holiday cheer seems to have Price firing on all cylinders, because his efforts have gone above and beyond on the ice all through the beginning of December. He’s finally starting to look like his old self, putting up several strong efforts a .922 Sv% in his last five games along with a 4-1 record.
