The Toronto Argonauts are one of the oldest sports franchises in North America as they were founded back on October 4, 1873.

Over the course of the Argos' existence, the team has appeared in the Grey Cup 23 times and have come out victorious 17 times, with their most recent championship coming this past season.

The team has gained many fans throughout its existence and the Howe Family is just one of millions of families that have been drawn in by the team since day one as members of the family have been attending Argos games for 70 years.

For 70 years the family has owned Argos season tickets and the tradition has now been passed down throughout three generations. This past week, CFL commissioner Randy Ambrosie paid a surprise visit to the Howe residence where he surprised the family with Toronto Argonauts 2018 season tickets, courtesy of the CFL.

Nothing like having the commissioner of the league show up to your front door ahead of the holiday season to surprise you and your family with season tickets for the upcoming season.

It doesn’t get much better than that.
