It’s pretty crazy just how far the graphics in video games have come over the years, especially in sports games.
There once was a time where video games featured giant, bulky characters that looked nothing like the actual players, and now it’s easy to mistake the games for the actual thing if you take a quick glance at the screen while someone is playing.
Recently, Instagram user Al Creed decided to give every CFL quarterback the 8-Bit makeover and they look pretty awesome.
BC Lions – Jonathon Jennings
Calgary Stampeders – Bo Levi Mitchell
Edmonton Eskimos – Mike Reilly
Hamilton Tiger-Cats – Zach Collaros
Montreal Alouettes – Darian Durant
Ottawa Redblacks – Trevor Harris
Saskatchewan Roughriders – Kevin Glenn
Toronto Argonauts – Ricky Ray
Winnipeg Blue Bombers – Matt Nichols
Creed did a fantastic job capturing the CFL quarterbacks’ features on their 8-Bit characters.
