The 2017-18 National Lacrosse League season got underway across on Friday night with three games taking place in New England, Buffalo and Vancouver.

The final game of the night took place on the west coast as the Colorado Mammoth paid a visit to the Vancouver Stealth. Already leading 8-5 in the final minute of the first half, the Mammoth extended their lead before the break thanks in part to a gorgeous goal by rookie Ryan Lee.

This is Leeโ€™s first NLL season after a very successful collegiate career at the Rochester Institute of Technology and heโ€™s going to remember his first career goal for a very long time.

After getting a taste for the back of the net early on in the night, Lee struck again shortly into the third quarter.

Not a bad way to get your NLL career underway.
