The Eastern Conference Finals get started Wednesday night as the Raptors take on the Bucks in Milwaukee.  The matchup feels fitting because these were the top two teams in the East and the series will feature two of the best players in the league, Kawhi Leonard and Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Star players playing like stars each and every game is obviously very important in the playoffs, but in the postseason, role players emerge as heroes.  Danny Green is one of those role players and his winning pedigree with the Spurs prior to being traded to the Raptors could prove to be very important.

Being four wins away from the NBA Finals is about as big as it gets and in big moments, players need to be at and bring their best.  For Game 1 of the series, Green appears to be bringing out his best as far as shoes are concerned.

We're not sure how Green is going to play and how big of a role he'll have, but one thing is for sure, he's going to look real good in those new kicks.

Gold is indeed the standard and the Raptors need that to be the standard all series long if they want to advance to the NBA Finals.
