Toronto Sports teams do a lot to help out in the community, and one big focus for all teams around the holidays is SickKids.

SickKids is a hospital in Toronto that specifically treats patients under 18 years old and is one of the leading organizations in terms of treatment and research in Canada, so support of any kind is always a great gesture. The sports teams in the area have the capability to go above and beyond and they often due.

For example, earlier today, DeMar DeRozan dressed up as a special blue (SickKids colours) Santa for the kids in the area, dropped off some presents, signed some autographs and just spent time with the kids.

Kudos to the Raptors and DeRozan, you can see it means a lot to the kids, who were all very excited. Both SickKids and the Raptors have more from the visitation on their Instagram Stories if you want to see more!

The Leafs also paid a visit to the hospital recently.

A @mapleleafs tradition, the team visited @sickkidstoronto today.
