DeMar DeRozan will be a starter in the NBA All-Star game for a second straight year

Thursday, the NBA officially unveiled the the ten players who will start in the All-Star game in Los Angeles. Five from the East and five from the West. The Raptors social team caught the exact moment that DeRozan heard his name called by the TNT panel, and his reaction was exactly how you would expect it to be. Cool as a cucumber buried deep within a freezer that had fallen to the bottom of the Atlantic ocean.

ICE. COLD.

DeRozan has proven time and time again that he's one of the top guards in not only the Eastern conference, but in the NBA as well, so his selection, while humbling, likely came as no surprise. He's more than earned it once again, and it will be his fourth time going. Gotta act like you've been there before, especially when you actually have.

Shortly after hearing about his selection, DeRozan spoke with the TNT panel, discussing how much of an honour it was to get voted in, as well as tackled Charles Barkley's question on why the Raptors don't seem to command the amount of respect in the NBA that they really should.

As mentioned by Josh Lewenberg, DeRozan received a lion's share of the votes in the guard category, finishing in second place. Due in large part to the fans up north! Something the guard recognized via the Raptors Twitter account in  a special video.

DeRozan's got Raptors fans...and they've got him right back!
