Oh, Toronto was getting wild on Thursday night. After the Raptors took Game 6 for all the marbles in Oakland, the streets were overflowing with Raps fans celebrating the first NBA championship in Canada’s history.

There was no shortage of cellphone videos from fans who were out and about into the wee hours, but for a different perspective, this drone footage from Yonge-Dundas Square from @guutoby on Instagram is just breathtaking — fireworks and all!

All across downtown Toronto, there were similar scenes — raucous celebrations, people on buses, streets filled to the brim with Raptors fans. And, amid all of the hubbub, police reported no arrests related to the celebrations. Well done, Toronto!

You know the city is going to be enjoying this one, all the way through the weekend to Monday’s parade.
