Thursday night, Duron Carter played exclusively at cornerback for the Roughriders and it was an up and down night for the talented two-way player.

On one hand, he picked off the second pass of his career and took it to the house for his second career pick-six.  On the other hand, Carter got beat for a touchdown by Diontae Spencer and after the game, Spencer had some strong words for Carter.

Anyone that follows Carter on social media knows he wasn't going to just sit back and let someone chirp him, so he responded to what Spencer had to say.

Carter also commented on the touchdown and what he did wrong on the play while also dedicating his TD to Humboldt.

In case you didn't know, Carter is donating every touchdown he gets this season to the families of the Humboldt Broncos.

As for his play at corner, you have to cut him some slack because he's still learning the position and the fact that he has two career touchdowns off of interceptions already is incredibly impressive.

Whether he's playing offence, defence or special teams, Carter has proved he can find the end zone in a variety of ways and you know he's going to learn from the mistakes he made Thursday night in order to improve and help his team win.
