There are many things hockey fans can watch to get through the summer and ready for the season.

The on.the.bench boys are a good example of something that will entertain hockey fans in the summer as we wait for the 2017-18 season to begin.

When players do shoots for new equipment with the brand they're associated with in the summer, they usually have a lot of fun in the process.

Bauer, for example, got Jack Eichel, Dylan Larkin and Alex Galchenyuk to battle in the BOOM Meter Challenge.

They all brought the boom with the 2017 Bauer Supreme 1S stick, but Larkin brought it more.

All three young players figure to bring the boom for the their respective teams next season as the Wings and Sabres try to get back to the playoffs and the Canadiens try to end Canada's Cup drought.
