Paul Pierce, also known as The Truth, was honoured in Boston on Sunday night following the Celtics’ 121-99 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers. His number 34 was retired and raised to the rafters in a touching ceremony that included former coach Doc Rivers, former teammate Kevin Garnett, as well as many others close to the Celtics’ great.

Pierce sits second all-time on the Celtics’ scoring list with 24,021, trailing only John Havlicek (26,395). He leads the franchise in three-pointers, free throws, and steals while falling into the top ten in games played, minutes played, rebounds, field goals, assists, points per game, blocks, and more.
