Nick Nurse has endeared his way into the hearts of Toronto Raptors fans. Not only did he coach the team’s first ever championship team, but he has also become a meme-making, guitar-playing, money-quote-delivering bundle of entertainment.
The Carroll, Iowa native was honoured at the Iowa Wolves game with the first 1,000 fans receiving a Nick Nurse bobblehead. Unfortunately for Nurse, he must not have made it in time. In what could now be considered classic Nick Nurse fashion, he went ahead and bought one off a fan.
The fan didn’t even know who he was at first.
