Day 3 of the FIFA World Cup was a historic one as Iceland played in its first-ever World Cup game.

In terms of fan-favourite teams, Iceland is probably at the top of that list thanks to their run at the 2016 Euros and the Viking Clap.  Ahead of their first-ever World Cup game, Iceland fans did the Viking Clap and it will give you chills.

 

 

Even before their squad's first-ever World Cup goal, Iceland fans were PUMPED.

Little did these fans know they'd see history made shortly after the start of the game as Iceland scored its first-ever World Cup goal in their opening game against Argentina.
