We here at BarDown are big fans of sharing any sports related content that involves dogs. So, when we heard about Finn the bat dog, we couldn’t help ourselves but devote a full article to the Las Vegas 51s' hardest working employee.

The five-year-old black labrador has become a staple at Cashman Field in Vegas for the New York Mets’ Triple-A farm affiliate, now working his third season with the club.

Besides being an extremely good boy, Finn has a tremendous skillset of running around the diamond and fetching bats, balls and just about any object you’d find on a baseball field, including nachos.

It can get pretty hot up in the desert, meaning Finn needs to cool off from time to time.

He even brings the umpires water in between innings!

Finn even likes to take part in a little game of fetch and retrieve with the players and trainers.

What cant this good pup do?! Finn, you are a good boy. To all the other bat dogs out there, step your game up to Finn’s level.
