The Raiders’ last game in Oakland was nearly a feel good story.

Nearly.

Jon Gruden’s squad had a win in the palm of their hands until a late surge from rookie quarterback Gardner Minshew spoiled the party. Minshew connected with Chris Conley with just 31 seconds left to give Jacksonville its first win since October 27th and the Raiders its fourth consecutive loss. ‘The Black Hole’, which has earned the reputation as the most ruthless group of fans the NFL has to offer, took full advantage of an opportunity to take one last jab at an opposing quarterback by flipping Minshew off. The 23-year-old didn’t seem to mind all that much though, saying afterward that “it was fun to ruin that for them.”

Boss answer.

Minshew felt Raiders fans got an appropriate farewell 💀

Raiders fans weren’t done there. Following the loss, fans chucked garbage onto the field as they booed Derek Carr off. Probably not the way the quarterback envisioned himself leaving the field for the last time in Oakland but hey, it’s Raiders fans we’re talking about here.

The Raiders will move into Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium and join the Golden Knights as the city’s second big four sports franchise. It’s nice to see the fans in Oakland at least went down in classic fashion after their party got spoiled.
