The Las Vegas Golden Knights have developed quite a reputation for joking around on Twitter in their inaugural season. But on Friday, they took one step too far, making fun of the rouge. Something Knights analyst and former TSN reporter Gary Lawless would not stand for!

It all started when the Knights found themselves with a 2-1 lead over the Winnipeg Jets. Feeling jubilant due to their slight lead over their Canadian opponents, the Knights decided to poke fun of rouges.

Listen, we have actually enjoyed quite a number of the Knights' Twitter jabs, but this...oh no, we won't let this one slide. Rouges are an integral part of the Canadian football experience. Something that Lawless knows, too. Although Lawless works for the team, there was absolutely no way that he was going to sit there and watch the Knights chirp the beautiful game that is Canadian football.

That wasn't the only Canadian staple that the Knights have gone after this week. Oh no. Thursday, the team's Twitter account shared a poll asking whether or not Chris Jericho's finisher, 'the Walls of Jericho,' was just a glorified Boston Crab.

Are the Vegas Golden Knights trying to make 'the List?' Because that's how you make 'the List.' We'll chock that up as one point for Jericho...or as we call it up here in Canada, a rouge.
