Jeopardy has been known to pick its answers out of the sports world from time to time, but we think their latest question is the best one yet. Perhaps you were watching from home when this question flashed across your television screen, and you put two and two together — Hey! That’s Gritty!
We’ll be honest, this one seems like it’s a little too obvious. Doesn’t “furry orange mascot of the Philly Flyers” give the answer away a little too easily? If you were just talking about some other team’s mascot, then sure, it’d be pretty tricky, but Gritty is hardly a deep cut. Make those contestants work for it!
