On Thursday, the Ducks and Devils decided to shake things up by making a pretty shocking trade that very clearly helps both teams.

With so many injured forwards, the Ducks get a proven top-six forward in Adam Henrique and the Devils get that right-handed shot they've coveted.

Despite the chance at a fresh start for both players, being traded is never easy, especially when you've been with the same team and been apart of the same community for so long.

Henrique's most memorable moment as a Devil came during the playoffs in 2012 when he sent New Jersey to the Stanley Cup final with an overtime winner against the Rangers in Game 6.

The newest member of the Ducks referenced that amazing moment when he took to Twitter and thanked the Devils and the fans.

Fans are going to miss Henrique and the fact that a lot of them referenced that moment when sharing how they felt about the trade on social media shows they'll never forget what he did on and off the ice.
