Over the last number of weeks, EA Sports have been teasing its fans of the popular hockey video game with the ratings of some of the most prominent rookies in the upcoming game.

So far, we've seen Cale Makar's rating of 81, Quinn Hughes coming in at 80.

Earlier this week, EA announced Jack Hughes would enter the game as an 82, leaving many fans to wonder if Kaapo Kakko would come in higher, the same or lower.

On Thursday, EA dropped Kakko's rating of 81. The hockey world certainly had some takes.

You can certainly add this to the rivalry of Hughes vs. Kakko.

Is it just a matter of time before Kakko surpasses Hughes, or do you see Jack running away with the higher rating for the rest of the season?
