Marc-Andre Fleury has never been one to crack under pressure.

The 33-year-old already has three Stanley Cups under his belt and has been the engine behind the Vegas Golden Knights current run. In just his first year coaching ‘The Flower’, Golden Knights head coach Gerard Gallant his starting to understand that Fleury isn’t the NHL’s average goaltender.

Following his team’s 4-2 victory over the Winnipeg Jets in Game 3, Gallant recalled yelling at his team from the bench. As Gallant was sweating buckets from the side, he looked over to Fleury, only to see him having the time of his life.

Fleury was up to all sorts of shenanigans in the win, including an unusual encounter with Jets captain Blake Wheeler. During a scuffle in his crease, the former first overall pick gave a little tickle to Wheeler’s ear.

Off the ice, Fleury is no different. The guy made time to meet with the family of the Humboldt Broncos’ late head coach Darcy Haugan before even taking his pads off.

Whether you’re cheering for the Golden Knights or not, it’s hard not to root for the goaltender deep down. He truly is one of the NHL’s best personalities.
